Our Services

Andrew Ellis Heating & Air provides residential heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and related HVAC services across Central Alabama. Estimates are provided free of charge and pricing is quoted on a flat-rate basis before work begins. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes with your approval.

Estimates & Scheduling

We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments and quoted timelines. Same-day service is offered when our schedule allows and cannot be guaranteed. Estimates are valid for a reasonable period and may be subject to change based on equipment availability and site conditions.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we install, per the manufacturer's terms. We stand behind our workmanship; please contact us if you have any concerns about completed work.

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. We may update content, pricing, and promotions at any time without notice.

Your Responsibilities

So that we can work safely and give you an accurate assessment, we ask that you provide reasonable access to the equipment and the areas we need to reach, tell us about known hazards on the property (electrical problems, pets, structural damage, pest activity), and let us know if anyone at the property has access needs we should plan around.

Please also tell us if you are not the owner of the property, or if someone else's authorization is needed before work begins. We rely on the information you give us when quoting, and an estimate may change if conditions turn out to be materially different from what was described.

Payment & Invoicing

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due when the work is complete. Any financing is provided by our third-party partner under its own agreement with you, and approval is at their discretion, not ours.

Promotions, discounts, and advertised offers apply only as described at the time you book, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or changed for future work at any time.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including our text, photographs, layout, graphics, and logos — belongs to us or to the parties who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Our business name, trading name, and logos are our trademarks.

You may view, download, and print pages from this site for your own use in evaluating or arranging our services. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content for commercial purposes, or present it as your own, without our written permission. Photographs of completed work and of our team may not be reused at all.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Alabama, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
