In practice this means: our scheduling and job-management platform (Housecall Pro), our website and lead-delivery infrastructure, our analytics and spam-protection providers described above, and — if you choose to apply — our third-party financing partner (Wisetack), which collects any application details directly on its own platform.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, to protect our rights, or in connection with the sale or reorganization of the business.
Payment Security
We do not collect, process, or store payment card numbers on this website. If you apply for financing, that application is handled on our financing partner's own hosted platform, and your card or bank details are submitted directly to them — not to us. Payments taken in the course of service are processed through our payment provider's systems, not through this site.
Data Retention
We keep the information you provide for as long as we need it to serve you, to honor warranty and service history, and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove its identifying details.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly if a problem arises.
