Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how to limit optional cookies and analytics.

Last updated: August 2026

Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you request service, ask for an estimate, or contact us — such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you need. We may also collect basic, non-identifying information about how you use our website to help us improve it.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule service or estimates
  • To provide quotes, invoices, and follow-up communication
  • To improve our services and your experience on our website
  • To send service reminders or offers, where you've asked us to

Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure the performance of our advertising. Cookies are small files stored by your browser; some are essential to the operation of the site, and others are optional.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — for example, which service pages are most visited and how visitors arrive. We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our forms from automated spam; your interaction with our forms is assessed by Google as part of that protection. Pages that show our service area or reviews may embed content from Google Maps and our Google Business Profile.

We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles about identified individuals, and we do not permit our analytics providers to sell your information.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us. In practice this means: our scheduling and job-management platform (Housecall Pro), our website and lead-delivery infrastructure, our analytics and spam-protection providers described above, and — if you choose to apply — our third-party financing partner (Wisetack), which collects any application details directly on its own platform.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, to protect our rights, or in connection with the sale or reorganization of the business.

Payment Security

We do not collect, process, or store payment card numbers on this website. If you apply for financing, that application is handled on our financing partner's own hosted platform, and your card or bank details are submitted directly to them — not to us. Payments taken in the course of service are processed through our payment provider's systems, not through this site.

Data Retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as we need it to serve you, to honor warranty and service history, and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove its identifying details.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly if a problem arises.

Your Privacy Choices — Your California Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)

This section explains the choices available to you about your personal information. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA); we extend the same choices to all of our customers regardless of where they live.

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers you give us (name, phone number, email address, and service address); commercial information about the services you request or purchase; and internet or network activity information collected by the analytics and spam-protection tools named in the “Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies” section above (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise). We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, or government identifiers through this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share in that sense, there is no sale for you to opt out of — but you can still limit the optional analytics and advertising technologies described below.

Your rights: you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it (right to know); ask us to delete it (right to delete); ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate (right to correct); and limit optional cookies and analytics. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights (right to non-discrimination).

How to exercise your choices: use the cookie choices control on this website to accept or decline optional analytics and advertising cookies at any time. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — if your browser or extension sends GPC, we automatically treat that as a request to decline optional advertising technologies, with no action needed from you. To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct, contact us using the details below and tell us what you would like us to do; we may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may authorize someone else to make a request on your behalf.
